Chattrakund in Auli Uttarakhand

Chattrakund is a small lake in the middle of the jungle known for its sweet water. It is approximately one kilometre from Gurso Bugyal and four kilometres from Auli. Dehradun International Airport is approximately 298 kilometres from Auli. Rishikesh, the nearest railhead, is 235 kilometres away from Auli. To reach this tourist destination, tourists can take jeeps from Joshimath (16 km) to Auli.

This is a small sweet water pond 1km from Gorson. Selghat Tapovan: There are numerous natural hot water sources in the small town of Tapovan, which is located on the Joshimath Niti Valley Road. The extremely hot water fountains at Selghat, 3 kilometres ahead, are worth a look. Chattrakund is a popular destination for hikers and honeymooners. A short 4km trek from Auli can take you away from the crowded Auli slopes.
