The Haidakhan Temple is located in the Haidakhan Baba Ashram at Chiliyanuala, which is 4.5 kilometers from the Ranikhet Bus Stop. This temple was built by Haidakhan, who is thought to be the embodiment of Lord Shiva, to whom this temple is dedicated. It is one of the best places to visit in Ranikhet. A large statue of Lord Hanuman and Lord Shiva stands nearby.

Haidakhan Babaji, also known as Babaji/Bhole Baba, was a guru who appeared in the Haidakhan village and taught the public in the 1970s and 1980s. His devotees believed that Haidakhan Babaji was a Mahavatar of Lord Shiva who took the human form. He died in 1984, but his spirit lives on in all Haidakhan Areas.
